Hello DA friends, waters, n folks of all kind! I'm just gonna ramble about my trip to Washington!
I came back from my trip from Seattle on the 30th of Jun. The whole trip was a JUMBLED MESS between what my family wanted to do.
My younger sister and I wanted to see the city, SPACE NEEDLE, and beaches. My mom wanted to see NATURE. Brother wanted to see TRAINS. Dad wanted to go FISHING. As older sister paid no attention to anything but herself. Dad hated the city and got frequent headaches, brother got mad for not seeing enough trains, mom constantly got pissed at dad, and older sister was being BORING.
Majority of the trip was spent inside a rental car since my parents got a hotel that wasn't nearby any cities or mountains we visited. That meant 2-4 hour drives back and forth to the hotel and it annoyed me since I hate being cramped inside a car for hours! I slepted on a crappy couch since beds were taken by parents and siblings. Also majority of our destinations involved painful walks up mountains! An 8 mile hike was enough on my calfs, but my mom and dad insisted on taking 3 LONG HIKING TRIPS!
HOWEVER, I have to say it was a good time despite the SH** that happened. I'd say most of the fun came from the fact that I explored a new state rather than just being in my home state. I very much enjoyed the scenery of Washington whether it'd be mountains, forests, cities, and especially beaches. The places I enjoyed the most was the Pike Place Market, Space Needle, La Push, and one mountain we hiked that I forgot its name lol. The weather was also nice during my week there since it was mostly sunny and warm. No day felt like it was burning, but it was quite freezing at La Push so I didn't jump in the water.
Here's a quick summary of what I enjoyed:
-Pike Place Market was crammed with tourists, but I loved seeing the crazy things going on. Lots of different types of shops, weird people, and AWESOME SEAFOOD! Also fun to see people TOSS BIG FISH lol!
-Space Needle was terrifying, but I LIKED THE VIEW! I just think the price for going up that thing was a little too much. Well at least I was able to check out more of downtown Seattle along with the Chihuly Garden.
-La Push was BEAUTIFUL! Lovely view, lots of sea life on the rocks, nice water (despite it being ICE COLD), and overall a wonderful environment. The only downside was that the drive was so long that we ended up only staying there for 45 min to an hour just so we can catch the ferry. I really wished that our hotel wasn't so FAR AWAY from this beach!
-Mountain that I forgot its name had nice scenery with its forests, grass fields, waterfalls, rivers, and patches of snow. It felt nice to BE WITH NATURE lol
I took some pictures, but I'm rather lazy to show off all of them. Instead I'll just show you some FEW pics I took with my phone!
And here's my souvenier/new dust collector!
Overall I had a good time despite my family being complicated. I'd visit Washington some time again if I had the chance and MONEYS. However, I think I'd mostly want to go to La Push again haha!
As for now I'm a bit tired from the trip so I'm resting for a bit. I'll be back to doing ARTS since I came up with some nice concepts during my trip so keep an eye out for that!
Hope you guys had a great week and thanks for reading my RAMBLING

Akira Toriyama Appreciation
Emotional Damage is an understatement about how I feel about our loss. I honestly don't have the power to draw a tribute pic or something. I'll just drop some Dragon Ball related art to show my appreciation for the man (I think I'm missing some, but here's what I was able to find). I could go on about my history with Akira Toriyama, DBZ, Chrono Trigger, Dragon Quest, but I'll keep it short: Man was a major role in influencing my art along with providing great memories and entertainment. Rest in Peace, Akira Toriyama. More Dragon Ball related art will come in the future whenever :)

Seattle's a lot of fun. My grandparents used to live there and I've still got some family members skulking around in that corner of the country. You'd probably enjoy it a lot more if you were able to wander around and explore on your own. Lots of cool stuff going on there. Food, museums, entertainment, and yes, plenty of nature.
